I am Ricardo Capdepont. My professional journey is the result of blending a creative vocation —born from a lifelong passion for nature, travel, and photography— with a solid background in strategic international business management.

My career began at Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, California, marking the start of a transformative chapter in the United States, which lasted 22 years in total. I led my own production company in Los Angeles and San Francisco, collaborating with some of the world’s most renowned photographers and coordinating complex advertising campaigns for global brands. All of that experience was not only enriching, but also great fun, while simultaneously allowing me to master high-impact logistics, and navigate the intricacies of both the private and the public sectors, even at the federal level.

However, family has always been the driving force behind my most significant decisions. In 2015, prioritizing the need to be closer to our aging parents, my family and I returned to Argentina. This move was not only a personal reunion but the start of a new executive chapter. For eight years, I served as the International Trade and Finance Manager for one of the country’s leading home décor companies, managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex global operations. Subsequently, I took on the responsibility of managing our family legacy: overseeing real estate assets and the iconic antiques house founded by my grandfather in 1963.

Over the past three years (2024-2026), I have led the transformation and digital restructuring of our family business, and as a result I am now responsible for the administration and management of all assets.
Having successfully resolved these commitments, I am now ready to bring my strategic vision to new projects that require executive leadership and a bicultural operational vision.

It has been a great ride. It all started in 1997, when we participated in the American Express commercial with the late Jake Burton, father of snowboarding. Please click on the link below to see it, and now, let’s write the next chapter together.
